The consultation as a standalone service

The Line Drawing Consultation isn't a sales pitch for more work โ€” it's a complete, useful document. Some clients use it to brief their own contractor. Others use it to decide whether they want to proceed further. Both are entirely fine with us.

An editing sensibility, not an adding one

Most design services are measured by what they add. We're more interested in what to leave out. This shows up in material palettes that stay coherent, spatial plans that don't try to do too much, and budgets that aren't exhausted on things that won't be noticed.

A build management service that stays lean

Unlike full design-and-build firms, our renovation support is deliberately bounded. We coordinate and inspect โ€” we don't inflate the project with add-ons or push clients towards more expensive contractors for margin reasons.
