We begin every engagement with a written brief that captures what the client wants, what constraints exist, and what a good outcome looks like. This document guides decisions throughout — it's not something we file and forget.
Listen & brief
A site visit and detailed conversation. We capture your needs, preferences, constraints, and what a successful outcome means to you.
Design & propose
Spatial planning, material selection, and visual references. We present a cohesive direction, not a menu of options requiring difficult decisions.
Refine & confirm
Revisions based on your feedback (within scope). Changes are discussed openly before proceeding — no surprises on either side.
Document & deliver
Complete specification documents, material lists, and drawings handed over in a usable format. The project ends with files you can act on.

A focused consultation for anyone at the beginning of a design process — or anyone who needs independent, considered direction before committing to a larger project. We visit the site, absorb the space, ask the right questions, and turn what we find into a clear written document.
The output is a concise brief with observations, specific suggestions, and a small mood reference collection. It's a document you can use independently or bring to any contractor or designer — including us.

A complete interior design service for clients who want considered, professionally executed design. We handle spatial planning, material selection, furniture curation, lighting design, and 3D visualisation — everything needed to bring a coherent vision to life on paper before any procurement or construction begins.
The output is a full specification document that can be handed to any contractor. Two revision rounds are included — we use them to refine, not start over, so the process stays efficient.

Clean Build Management

Renovation support for clients who already have a design direction and need organised, attentive management of the build phase. We coordinate contractors, manage focused procurement, conduct quality inspections at each stage, and handle the final placement session to ensure the space lands as intended.
This service is deliberately lean — we're not trying to add scope or expand the project. We're here to keep things orderly so the client can remain at a comfortable distance from the construction process without losing visibility.
