How do I know which service is right for me?

The Line Drawing Consultation is a good starting point if you're early in the process and need direction. If you have a clear brief and are ready to move forward with a full design, Refined Interior Design covers everything from planning to 3D renders. Clean Build Management is suited to clients who already have a design direction and need organised on-site support.

Do you work outside of Kuala Lumpur?

Our studio is based in Bangsar and we work primarily within the Klang Valley. For projects in Petaling Jaya, Subang, and Putrajaya, we handle them on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll let you know whether your location is workable.

What does the consultation include exactly?

The Line Drawing Consultation includes an in-person site visit, a written brief capturing what we observed and what you've shared about your needs, directional suggestions, and a small reference collection showing possible material or spatial directions. It's a document you can act on independently or use as the foundation for further work with us.

Can I adjust the scope once a project has started?

Scope changes are handled transparently. If your needs shift after we've started, we'll discuss the implications for timeline and cost before proceeding. We don't make changes without your knowledge or agreement.

How are payments structured?

For all services, a deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is split across defined project milestones. Full details are outlined in the project agreement before any work begins.

Do the prices shown include GST or SST?

The prices listed are for our professional fees. Any applicable taxes will be itemised separately in your project proposal. For projects involving procurement or contractor management, third-party costs are passed through at cost.
